Weapon Work for your Reel (June: 4-Week Workshop)

Weapon Work for your Reel is a dynamic workshop designed for beginner-intermediate level performers eager to enhance (and get professional-grade footage of) their on-screen combat skills. 

Delve into the art of action choreography using sword and shield, knives and guns. Under the guidance of professional stunt performers, you’ll learn fundamental techniques, choreography sequences, and camera-ready movements that will elevate your performance to the next level.

Each Monday session, running from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, will focus on practical skills and rehearsal, culminating in the creation of captivating video content on the final filming day.

Workshop Dates: (Mondays, 5pm-9pm) June 3, 10, 17, 24

Final filming day: (Saturday, 10am-7pm) June 29th

• Filming will be done on a Blackmagic and colored for participants own editing/reel building purposes
• Exact timing on filming date is determined by the number of participants.
• Allow approximately 3 weeks for edited footage to be delivered
